These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Curated website and service ("Curated," "we," "us"). By accessing or using Curated, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Use of the service
You may use Curated only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for any content you upload or import.
Your content & rights
You retain ownership of the photos and media you upload. You represent that you have the necessary rights to the content you provide and that generating and publishing videos from it does not infringe any third party's rights. You grant Curated a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service to you.
Acceptable use
- Do not upload content you do not have the rights to use.
- Do not use the service to create misleading, unlawful, or infringing material.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service.
Third-party platforms
Curated may let you publish videos to third-party platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, or import media from sources such as MLS, Zillow, and Realtor.com. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and you are responsible for complying with them.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Curated is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Curated after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
